Sammie Award Winner and artist of the year by the Midtown Association Sacramento California. KANDIA is a Latin urban and multi-genre Singer, Percussionist, Dancer and Actor. This artist haf successfully maintained an artistic career that spans over 15 years. The Colombian artist has shared the stage with renowned artists and bands of international stature such as Julieta Venegas, Christian Daniel, Enanitos Verdes, Willie Torres, Tony Vega, Charlie Aponte, Pastor Lopez, Mikel Erentxun, Israel Tanenbaum, Frankie Negron, Luisito Carrion, Kevin Flores,La Sonora Dinamita And Oro Solido among others. 

Kandia has performed more than 2000 live shows. He has been part of important festivals and productions such as California State Fair (Sacramento CA), singer at Doco al Fresco by the Sacramento Kings, Audio Muse 2019 For The Crocket Art Museum (Sacramento CA), singing the American anthem at the River cats Field Raley Field (Sacramento CA), Fiesta En La Calle (Sacramento CA), Festival De La Isla in Vacaville, Ca, San Juan Day in San Jose, CA, Colombia's
 Independence Festival in San Jose, CA, Dance on the Edge in Sacramento , CA, The First Festival in Sacramento CA, Latin American Idol in Buenos Aires Argentina, X Factor in Bogota, Colombia, The Greatest Story Ever Song on Broadway, New York, Mantra for Good People in Los Angeles, CA, under the Production of Grammy winner Kenny O’ Brian. 

Also worked with directors, choreographers and producer as Larry Hochman, Jose Gaviria, Rob Barron, Mitch Sebastian, Raquela Perez, Evan Ensign, Aymee Garcia, tyce Diorio, Melinda Sullivan and Miguel De Narvaez and the  five times grammy winner Kenny O’Brien and the Grammy winners Willi Torrez and Tony Vega. 

Kandia has 10 years of experience in musical theater (singer, actor and dancer). Tap and Jazz dancer. Experienced in music theory and vocal Coach. Cast member of the first Latin American musical theater performance in Broadway where he won the ACE prize. Finalist in the X Factor Reality and Latin American Idol. (100 +) jingles and voice over productions as leader voice, background and chorus for important companies such as Miller, MacDonald’s, United Nations, Chevrolet, Subaru.
